RVK Finance (a part of Rosvodokanal Group) is to sell debut bonds amounting to RUR 1.75bn.

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, has signed an agreement with A1 to provide financing to a food retail project named Belmarket.

Rosvodokanal said it had received 1.11 billion rubles in loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The deal gives SABMiller access to one of the fastest-growing parts of the Russian beer market.
