Core brands are: in Russia – Klinskoye, Tolstyak, Siberian Crown, Staropramen, Stella Artois, Beck's; in Ukraine – Stella Artois, Beck's, Chernigovskoye, Rogan, and Taller.

Investment Concept of the Project: Securing a prospective position amidst rapidly growing industry. Purchasing a significant stake in the market leader. Increasing the asset value.

Role of the Investor: Consolidation of a significant interest in Sun Interbrew. Negotiating with Sun an offer to buy its stake in Sun Interbrew. Its acquisition gave control over Sun Interbrew. In the upshot, the when the stake was bought by Inbev, an agreement was reached with Inbev to sell Alfa position to it.
